The entrance and kitchenette with kitchen utensils and all necessary appliances as well as a capsule coffee machine and kettle are located on the upper floor. The spacious dining area is designed with a bench and two chairs. There is space for a high chair, which can be reserved subject to availability and early request. The living area is furnished with a pull-out couch that offers sleeping space for 1-2 more people. The apartment is equipped with free W-LAN and Ultra HD flat screen TV and satellite system.

The bedroom with double bed and closet is on the top floor. A children's cot for beds can be reserved with an early request and availability. For an optimal sleeping environment, the room was equipped with a blackout option. The daylight bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the top floor.
